The challenge
Grytec urgently needed a lift technician. They had previously worked with temp agencies, but those were too expensive and did not deliver the quality they were after.
The solution
We started with a strategic session to dig deeper into the profile. We then produced visuals and launched Meta campaigns.
The result
One month after our first ads went live, the right profile was found. The lift technician has since started and is still on the job today.
