We keep growing:two new colleagues join the VICAR team

A team that keeps growing
Two new faces in the hallways, two new voices in the meetings, two new perspectives at the table. An agency does not grow by adding desks alone, but by welcoming the right people at the right moment. Over the past quarter, we welcomed Milan Vermeersch and Frédéric Deburchgrave. Two profiles, two backgrounds, one shared drive to build strong brands.
Milan - Brand Designer
Milan Vermeersch joins us as Brand Designer. He arrives with a sharp eye for visual identity, a hands-on portfolio in editorial and typography, and the drive to make brands not just beautiful, but clear. Anyone who brainstorms with Milan quickly notices that his proposals do not start from a trend but from a question: what does this brand actually want to convey, and which visual system supports that most consistently? That way of thinking fits perfectly with how we approach branding: not just a logo, but a brand architecture that holds up on every touchpoint. We have already seen him at work on a few internal projects and are incredibly curious about what he will deliver for our clients.

Frédéric - Digital Marketer
Frédéric Deburchgrave joins us as digital marketer. He combines a data-first mindset with a sharp feel for creative work: with him, campaigns are not just launched, they are constantly tuned based on what the numbers say. Dashboards, A/B tests, attribution windows, audience splits, Frédéric is right in the middle of it and also knows where the numbers stop and gut feeling takes over again. For our clients that means sharper targeting, lower cost-per-acquisition and better visibility on what truly performs. And for us as an agency, it means we no longer treat branding and performance as separate tracks, but as one continuous trajectory in which every media euro and every creative asset feeds back into what builds the brand further.

One team, two disciplines
With Milan and Frédéric on board, we are scaling both our creative and our performance capacity. It is no coincidence that we hired both profiles at the same time: brand design and performance marketing belong at the same table with us, from briefing to launch, not as consecutive silos. That has always been our ambition, and with these two hires we can now apply that principle on larger projects as well. Here is to many good conversations, sharp concepts and strong brands. Welcome, gentlemen, the coffee is ready.
